Buying/redeeming gift certificates

Coupon codes
 
Cattiwampus has periodic sales and promotions that may require the use of a coupon code. After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
  • Only one coupon code can be used at any one time.
  • Coupon codes may not be used to further reduce sale items.
  • Certain items from specific vendors may be excluded from such promotions.
Any applicable discount will be reflected on your final invoice. Discounts may not be applied to previous purchases. Promotional codes, sales, and offers are subject to change without notice.

Our return policy and shipping information
 
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cattiwampus. If you are unhappy, however, items may be returned within 15 days if they are in the same condition as when they were sent, unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached for a full refund less shipping costs. All returns must be pre-approved.
 
Please contact us within 15 days at info@cattiwampus.com for a Return Authorization.
 
After the claim has been accepted and approved, your money will be refunded minus the shipping costs. Items may be returned after 15 days for store credit only, you will still need a Return Authorization.

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer (as noted in their product description) and are final sale unless there is a manufacturer defect or error. If you feel you have a manufacturer defect please contact us at info@cattiwampus.com . Returns after 45 days will not be accepted.

Shipping Information

Unless otherwise specified, all the products that appear on the site are in stock and ready to ship!

If your order is received Monday through Friday (before 5 pm EST), it will normally ship within two business days, if not, we will let you know exact shipping time within 24 hours of inquiry or order placed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within a few hours of placing the order.

Shipping Choices:

We ship using USPS Priority and FedEx Home Delivery. Costs are based on your location and the weight of the products you choose to purchase. You will be able to choose the most cost effective method when you check out.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • USPS Priority packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • FedEx Home Delivery packages typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Post Office Boxes:

FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you choose FedEx you must include a valid street address with your order, or choose USPS as your carrier.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
